2Long-term contracts
Get started with our biannual contracts. Convert without conversion fee or upfront fee post contract completion. This ensures continuity of care
3Cost advantage over travel nurses.
Our nurses are typically cheaper by 5 to 10 dollars compared to a typical travel nurse with similar experience and speciality.
4Strong pipeline of nurses
We recruit from various countries all over the world and have exclusive hiring pipeline
Nursing Education
Our nurses boast a significantly higher pass rate than the national average. Our rigorous NCLEX-RN® review program incorporates personalized coaching covering all NCLEX-RN materials. Additionally, each nurse undergoes our Clinical Preparation Program (CPP), specifically tailored for international nurses transitioning to practice in the United States. Topics covered in our CPP include professionalism in healthcare, EMR documentation practice, HCAHPS and customer service, Medicare/Medicaid, legal and ethical issues, HIPAA compliance, and more.
Immigration & Licensure
Our adept teams of immigration specialists, legal counsel, licensing, and credentialing personnel manage all aspects of processing and sponsoring our healthcare professionals. Before embarking on an assignment, each healthcare professional must successfully clear a special visa screening process, pass the English language proficiency exam (TOEFL or IELTS), undergo evaluation of their foreign education for comparability to U.S. standards, apply for and pass the U.S. nursing licensing examination (NCLEX-RN), and have their foreign nursing license reviewed for authenticity and lack of encumbrances.
Transition
Our programs serve as a bridge between overseas clinical practice and the United States, ensuring a seamless transition. With our client support initiatives, we offer best practices to effectively orient, transition, and retain international healthcare professionals. Consistently, our clients provide feedback that our comprehensive clinical programs not only optimize their investment of time and resources but also enhance their staff's overall experience and success with international staffing solutions.
